Initial Entries for Champs 2025- PLEASE READ!

Here are your swimmer’s initial individual event entries for Champs 2025!

- If you have any questions, or if your swimmer would like to make changes to their events, please let Coach Catalina or me know as soon as possible, and no later than Friday, June 27th. After that date, all entries will be considered final.
- If your swimmer’s name is on the attached list of entries but they will NOT be attending Champs this year, PLEASE complete the “Not Attending Champs” form that was emailed on June 22nd, as soon as possible, and no later than Friday, June 27th. After that, we will not be able to make any changes. “NO SHOWS” WILL COUNT AGAINST US, so it is extremely important that we know if your swimmer will not be attending.
- If you do not see your swimmer’s name on the attached list of entries and do plan to attend Champs, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
- Swimmers who have already been declared as “Not Attending” Champs are not included on the attached list. If this has changed and your swimmer now plans to attend, please let Coach Catalina or me know no later than Friday, June 27th.
- Swimmers who have only attended two dual meets this season are at risk of not qualifying for Champs. Please make sure they attend this Saturday’s meet on June 28th. I will be reaching out to families whose swimmers have missed more than two dual meets this season with further instructions.
