CHAMPS 2025 REGISTRATION AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Hey Cudas!

 

It’s that time of year again to start getting ready for Champs! We are preparing the initial entries to register your swimmer. Here’s what you need to know:

 

  • You have the opportunity to log in to your Creekside account to declare and select your swimmer’s individual events. After June 16th, online registration for Champs will close. Those who do not register by the deadline will automatically be included, but Coach Cat will decide what events your swimmer will be registered for.

  • If your swimmer will NOT be attending Champs this year, PLEASE let Coach Cat know or reply to this email ([email protected]) no later than Friday, June 27th. After that, registration will be final, and no changes will be allowed. “NO SHOWS” CAN COUNT AGAINST US, SO IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT WE KNOW IF YOUR SWIMMER WILL NOT BE ATTENDING.

 

  • A list of all swimmers and their individual events will be sent out sometime next week. If you have any questions or wish to make changes to your swimmer’s events, please let Coach Catalina know or send an email to [email protected] no later than June 27th. After that, all changes will be final.

 

  • We will also be reviewing how many dual meets each swimmer has attended. To qualify for Champs, each swimmer must participate in at least three dual meets (Time Trials do not count). For those swimmers who have already missed the first two dual meets, it is very important that they attend the remaining meets of the season, or they will not qualify to participate in Champs this year. We will be reaching out to the families of swimmers who are at risk of not qualifying with instructions on the actions they need to take.
