May 31st Creekside (AWAY) vs. Crossgates- DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS MAY 26TH!

The deadline to register for the May 31st Creekside (AWAY) vs. Crossgates meet is approaching on Monday, May 26th. If you haven’t done so already, please log in to your Creekside account to declare whether or not your swimmer will be attending the meet.
Click the link listed below. Once you have signed in, you will be taken to our team’s May 31st meet event page where you can choose to “Commit” or “Not Commit” your swimmer. If you have more than one child, you will see all of them listed on this page.

Here are the steps if you ARE NOT GOING:
- Click on the Swimmer’s Name
- Then click on the Declaration pull-down and select No
- Select the [Save Changes] button
- If you have more than one swimmer, repeat the same task as listed above
Here are the steps if you ARE GOING:
- Click on the Swimmer’s Name
- Click the Declaration pull-down and select Yes
- Once yes is selected, you will see the events your child is eligible to swim
- You will also see the best times received in the Entry Time field and highlighted in yellow
- Check the Checkbox to the far left of each event name for the events your swimmer will be swimming (FOR ALL DUAL MEETS, SWIMMERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO SWIM IN UP TO 3 INDIVIDUAL EVENTS AND MAY QUALIFY FOR RELAYS BASED ON THEIR BEST TIMES AND AT THE COACHES’ DISCRETION. IF EVENTS ARE NOT SELECTED, THE COACH WILL CHOOSE EVENTS FOR YOUR SWIMMER.)
- Once you have finished, click on the [Save Changes] Button in the lower right.
- Repeat the process if you have additional swimmers
COACH CAT WILL REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL SWIMMER EVENT ENTRIES BEFORE EACH MEET AND MAY MAKE CHANGES AT HER DISCRETION.
Feel free to go ahead and declare your swimmer for all future meet events now. You can change your commitment at any time before each meet’s registration deadline, if needed. The deadline to register for all dual meets is the Monday prior to the event date. You may also register now for Champs; information about the registration deadline for that event will be sent out later in the season. If you need to make changes after a registration deadline has passed, please email your changes to[email protected].
IMPORTANT REMINDER: UPON ARRIVING AT ALL MEETS (AWAY AND HOME), SWIMMERS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN IN AT THE CHECK-IN TABLE. SWIMMERS WHO DO NOT CHECK-IN WILL NOT SWIM. FOR YOUNGER SWIMMERS, PARENTS, PLEASE HELP TO ESURE THEY HAVE CHECKED IN.
