May 17th Time Trials- DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS MAY 14TH!

Hello Cudas!

Welcome back! I’m excited to see everyone dive back into the pool as we kick off our 2025 season!

Time Trials is coming up on Saturday, 05/17/2025 which is less than two weeks away and we are asking that you login to declare whether or not your swimmer will be attending the event. If you haven’t done so already, please login to your Creekside account to register by the deadline which is Wednesday, 05/14/2025.


Click the following link and once you have signed in, you will be brought to our team’s Time Trial event page that will allow you to Commit or Not Commit your swimmer for the event. If you have more than one child you will see them listed on this page.

Here are the steps if you ARE NOT GOING:

  • Click on the Swimmer’s Name
  • Then click on the Declaration pull-down and select No
  • Select the [Save Changes] button
  • If you have more than one swimmer, repeat the same task as listed above

Here are the steps if you ARE GOING:

  • Click on the Swimmer’s Name
  • Click the Declaration pull-down and select Yes
  • Once yes is selected, you will see the events your child is eligible to swim
  • You will also see the best times received in the Entry Time field and highlighted in yellow (for new swimmers the Entry Time will be NT)
  • Check the Checkbox to the left of the name for those events you would like to swim (FOR TIME TRIALS: SWIMMERS WILL SWIM ALL FOUR EVENTS.  PLEASE REGISTER YOUR SWIMMER FOR ALL FOUR EVENTS. FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON (FOR ALL DUAL MEETS) SWIMMERS WILL SWIM IN 3 INDIVIDUAL EVENTS AND MAY QUALIFY FOR RELAYS BASED ON BEST TIMES AND PER THE COACHES DISCRETION.  IF EVENTS ARE NOT SELECTED, YOUR COACH WILL SELECT THE EVENTS FOR YOUR SWIMMER. 
  • Once you have finished, click on the [Save Changes] Button in the lower right. 
  • Repeat the process if you have additional swimmers

COACH CAT WILL REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL SWIMMER EVENT ENTRIES BEFORE EACH MEET AND MAY MAKE CHANGES AT HER DISCRETION.

Feel free to go ahead and declare your swimmer for all future meet events now.You can change your commitment at any time before each meet event’s registration deadline if needed.  Going forward, the deadline to register for all dual meets will be the Monday prior to the event date.  For example, the deadline to register for our Saturday, May 31st meet will be Monday, May 26th. You can also register now for Champs and information on important deadlines for this event will be sent out later in the season. If you need to make changes for any event after the registration deadline has passed, please email your changes to [email protected].
